Tonight's Dinner


Braised Beef with Red Peppers.

1 1/2 lbs. flank steak
2 red bell peppers
1 onion
1 teaspoon cumin,
oregano, salt and pepper

Directions:

Toss it all in the slow cooker and let the aroma fill your house.
That's basically it.

Toss it over some rice or eat it carnita style.

Top it off with avocado and cilantro.

Call it a meal!
