Here are the ingredients. You can make as much as you need. I do it different everytime.
- roma tomatos
- cucumber
- apple or pear (i prefer pear)
- red onion
- pine nuts (this is essential)
- romaine
- Annie's Organic Goddess Dressing
*the dressing can be found at any natural foods store like whole foods or sunflower. It can also be found in the special natural food sections in most grocery stores. There an original version and an organic version. They taste the same.
Here is how to do it.

- chop up the goods
- smother it in the dressing
- cover and refrigerate to chill
- toss upon a bed of romaine
- devour
